The Port Alberni Bombers are excited to announce the signing of 2008 born Defenceman Troy Zajac for the 2025-2026 sesaon.
The 17 year old Zajac is from Uppsala, Sweden and is 6’0 and 180 pounds. He played 29 games with Team Maryland U16AAA and scored once while adding six assists for seven points. In 16 regular and post season games with Pilot Mound Academy 18 Prep in the Canadian Sports Schools Hockey League he scored once while contributing six assists.
On the addition of Zajac, Bombers GM Brad Knight commented: “He has great feet and is blessed with a high hockey IQ. We believe these attributes will help propel this young Defenceman to the next level”
