The Port Alberni Bombers have acquired 04 D-Man Zeyd Boltakke from the Kerry Park Islanders and have sent Gavin Mastrodonato to the Surrey Knights of the PJHL.
Boltakke who is 5’11 170 and is a native of Qualicum Beach BC has 2 points in 18 games with the islanders this season and will add some much needed stability on the back end for the Bombers. Going back to Kerry Park in the deal will be future considerations.
The Bombers also made another move sending veteran forward Gavin Mastrodonato to the Surrey Knights in exchange for future considerations. Mastrodonato who is from Powell River BC has 12 points in 18 games with the Bombers this year.
The Bombers would like to welcome Zeyd to the Bomb Squad and would like to thank Gavin Mastrodonato for his time with the club and wish him the best of luck in Surrey.
