Saturday night will mark another massive game for the Bombers as they visit the Saanich Predators finding themselves 1 point out of the playoffs.
Last time out was a matchup on the road against the Westshore Wolves at the Q-Centre in Victoria. where the Bombers would get the job done. A huge 2nd period from the Bomb Squad would see Owen Ditzel and Carson Steel score goals in route to a 3-2 Bomber win Aidan See would have the eventual game winner at 5:37 of the third period. The Bombers went 1/4 on the powerplay the Wolves went 1/6.
Tonight the Bombers have another chance to take a playoff spot as they visit the Saanich Predators. The last game between these clubs went on Friday December 2nd in Saanich. That game was tight the entire way with the Bombers eventually pulling out a 3-2 shootout win. The Bombers went 1/3 on the powerplay Saanich went 0/2
