Bombers Win 3-2 Against Wolves

Friday night was another huge matchup on the road and the Bombers came to play against the Westshore Wolves.

The opening period was back and forth tight checking with both teams playing well defensively. Both goalies were perfect in period number one and the teams would head to the room deadlocked at no score.

In Period number 2 it would be all Bombers as Owen Ditzel would open the scoring for the with his second goal since joining the the team. The Bomb Squad would score again as Carson Steel nets his 15th of the season and the Bombers would head to the room with a 2-0 lead.

The Comeback bid would begin in period three as the Wolves would score twice with goals from Angus Alchin and Carson Hamilton. But it would be an Aidan See Powerplay marker that would seal the game for the Bombers and a massive two points toward their playoff push. The Bombers went 1/3 on the Powerplay Westshore went 1/6

The Bombers are next in action Saturday night at home as they take on the Saanich Predators.
