Bombers host Generals tonight to open home-and-home set

It’s the start of a home and home set between the Bombers (14-22-2-1, 5th North) and the Generals (25-10-1-1, 2nd North) tonight at the Bomber Base, that concludes tomorrow night at Oceanside Place in Parksville.

The Bombers last played on Wednesday night, where they dropped a hard fought 5-2 decision to the VIJHL leading Campbell River Storm. The Generals also last played Wednesday night at home, where they won their fifth in a row – on the heels of a three game losing streak – 7-0 over the Nanaimo Buccaneers.

The Generals lead the season series, winning all six previous games – 4-3 in overtime September 25th in Oceanside, 6-0 at the Bomber Base on October 27th, 6-2 at Oceanside place on October 30th, 5-1 at the Bomber Base on November 19th , 8-5 at Oceanside Place on November 20th and 6-3 at the Bomber Base on December 1st.

 

Game time 7:00 PM.

Local Youth receive free admission when accompanied by an Adult, thanks to the San Group.
