The Bombers are on the precipice of a monumental upset in their inaugural series as a franchise, after they once again went to Campbell River and defeated the Storm 3-2 on Friday night, to take a 3-2 series lead.
After being overlooked underdogs going into the series, the Bombers suddenly face a stunning opportunity. A win tonight, and they advance to the VIJHL’s North Division Final against the Oceanside Generals, who picked up a 3-1 win in Game Seven over the Comox Valley Glacier Kings last night.
The Bombers again can’t be looking that far ahead and instead need to focus their energies at just the task at hand, and that’s what’s sure to be a desperate Storm group trying to keep their season alive. The fourth game is always the hardest to win, and the Bombers will need to be at their absolute best tonight.
Game time is 7:00 PM.
All Local Youth receive free admission when accompanied by an Adult, thanks to the San Group.
