The Port Alberni Bombers lost their second game in as many nights, dropping a 10-4 Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League decision to the Oceanside Generals on Friday night at the Howie Meeker Arena at Oceanside Place.
Jacob Thomas did most of the damage for the Generals, scoring four goals. On a positive note, the Bombers scored all four of their goals on the power-play as Kash Nicklin and Owen Ditzel scored twice each.
The Bombers next see action on Tuesday when they travel to Mill Bay to take on the Kerry Park Islanders before returning home the next night to face the Peninsula Panthers for the first of three in a row at the Alberni Valley Multiplex.
