The first game of the season for the Bombers started off just the way the last one ended wild!

32 penally minutes between the two teams in the first and it was knotted at zero until the Gens broke through at 19:29 of the opening frame when a weird puck laying right on the goal line ended up on the stick of Oceansides Brayden Ross which made it 1-0 Generals after one.

The second period was all generals and it started with a goal from Ben Groome which made it 2-0 two more goals followed with Brendan Carlson and Connor Allen both getting their first of the season making it 4-0 Gens after 40 minutes.

The Bombers opened it up in period number three keeping it close the entire time goals came from Carson Steel Mason Cannon Grayson Erickson and Gavin Mastrodonato but it was not enough to overcome the deficit the Bombers drop the first game of the season by a final score of 5-4 they will try to bounce back in the second game of the back to back when they take on the Kerry Park Islanders on Saturday night.
