The Bombers travel north on Friday for a meeting with the Comox Valley Glacier Kings. Opening face-off is scheduled for 7:30 pm at the Comox Valley Sports Centre.
The Glacier Kings sit in third-place in VIJHL North Division standings and are led in scoring by Tanner Gould who has six goals and three assists to start the season, and defenseman Tyne Klein-Beekman who has two goals and seven assists.
The Bombers, who are coming off a loss to Westshore on Wednesday, played perhaps their best two periods of the season against the Wolves. They are led by Kai Verbrugge and Kash Nicklin with five and four points respectively. Newcomer Owen Ditzel has scored a goal in each of his first two games.
