The Port Alberni Bombers are set to host the Kerry Park Islanders in VIJHL hockey action on Friday night at the Alberni Valley Multiplex. The Islanders come to town fresh off a 7-3 victory over the Nanaimo Buccaneers last night in the Hub City, while the Bombers are looking to turn things in an upward direction after suffering an 8-2 loss at the hands of the Victoria Cougars on Wednesday night at the AVM. Opening face-off is set for 7 pm.
