The Bombers came into Friday night still looking for their first road win of the season.

The opening 20 minutes was a back and forth goaltending battle with both net minders staying perfect in the first period and the teams went to the room tied at 0.

In period number 2 pucks started to go in the net on both sides. The Bombers came out quick with Chase Pacheco scoring his 10th goal of the year just 2:22 into the second. Then less than a minute later Brayden Ross would breakaway short handed and snipe one past Bonthuis to tie the game at 2 and that’s where it would stay it was 2-2 after 40 minutes.

The Generals started quick in period 2 when 6 minutes in Evan Dyce would give Oceanside a 3-2 lead. Nolan Wyatt would score at 11:59 extending the General lead. With less than 30 seconds remaining in the game Kenyon Mcisaac would score to bring the Bombers within one but that is as close as they would get 4-3 the final as the Bombers continue to be winless on the road this season.
