The Port Alberni Bombers travel to Victoria for a Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League game with the Cougars on Thursday night at 7:00 pm at the Archie Browning Arena.
The contest is the second of four games in a row on the road and the first of two games in two nights.
Their opponents tonight, the Victoria Cougars, currently sit in first place in the VIJHL South Division and boast the top two scorers in the league in Ben Brant and Ethan Roworth who have tallied 33 and 28 points respectively. To make matters even more daunting, Cougars goaltender Cooper Anderson currently has a 1.96 goals against average, good for second place in the VIJHL and boasts a 5-0 win-loss record.
